The retreat includes yoga, all meals (dinner, breakfast, lunch), all taxes and gratuities, and your cabin room (double occupancy) with your own private bathroom.
We recommend driving over earlier in the day and visiting the shops and restaurants in downtown Sonoma.
We also offer an optional hike earlier in the day for those who are interested in joining us.
